What you need to rent

You must be between 21 and 80 years old, hold a driver’s license valid for the whole rental, bring your DNI or passport, and leave a security deposit at pick-up: a credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit. Some categories require a higher minimum age (SUV, 7-seat SUV, 4x4 pickup: from age 23; Van, Luxury / Premium: from age 25).

No. Book online without a card and pay the full amount at the branch when you pick up the vehicle. The security deposit is taken there too, and it’s released when you return the vehicle in the agreed condition.

Yes, for everything you choose when booking: rental time, protection, extras and taxes (ISV sales tax and tourism tax). The only other charges come from what happens during the rental, such as missing fuel, kilometers beyond those included or extra days.

Each day is 24 hours from your pick-up time, with a 59-minute grace period on return. If you return later, the extra time is charged at the applicable rate.

Full to full: you get the tank full and return it full. Any missing fuel is charged on return. 200 km included per rental day; any excess is settled on return.

You book a category, not a specific model: we’ll hand you that model or a similar one from the same category, with the same passenger and luggage capacity.

Yes, from age 21 in the categories that allow it. Drivers under 25 pay a young-driver surcharge; for now, those bookings are completed with an agent at the branch.

Yes, between San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, with a relocation fee. For now that fee is quoted by an agent, so online bookings return to the same branch.

Check its status under “My booking” with your booking number and email. To change dates or category, or to cancel, contact the pick-up branch; the change and cancellation policy will be published with the final terms.

No. Our vehicles are rented for use within Honduras only; taking one out of the country carries a penalty under the rental agreement.
